About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Digital Product Manager to join our team as an eCommerce Coordinator. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with our Head of Digital & CX to drive website performance and optimize user experience. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring accurate and consistent website content management
  • Monitoring website performance and implementing data-driven improvements
  • Collaborating with internal teams and external agencies to enhance user engagement
  • Assisting with testing new website features and ensuring smooth daily operations
  • Generating reports on key metrics like traffic, engagement, and conversion rates
Key Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:
