This role is for an immediate start.

Must be an Australian citizen/Permanent Resident.

**About the role**

You will develop and maintain production schedules across multiple lines for the factory aligned with customer needs, and capacity planning.

Previous experience of Workflow Planning & Procurement in a fast moving manufacturing environment, where no two days are ever the same is essential.

- Good knowledge of motor vehicles and trailers

**Duties and responsibilities will include but not be limited to**:

- Scheduling weekly production and planning activities across labour, tools, plant & equipment to optimise inventory holdings
- Participate in Sales & Operational planning meetings
- Assess & maintain stock levels
- Managing supplier relationships and ensuring timely order fulfilment.
- Raise and process purchase orders in accordance with production schedules.
- Assist in stocktaking activities, including monitoring stock levels, managing goods in and out of stores, and maintaining accurate records.
- Liaise with suppliers to coordinate logistics, delivery times, and stock lead times.
- Identify & action stock variations, registrations & inconsistencies
- Resolve any supply constraints
- Work with Production, Supply and the Sales department to balance customer demand
- Constantly provide QA checks of all production steps.

**About you**
You will be an experienced Procurement and Production Scheduler who will be able to demonstrate the following:

- Min 2 years of production detailing and procurement
- Strong organisational and planning skills
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and schematics.
- Engineering and production knowledge.
- Good problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and influencing skills
- Minimum intermediate skills in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Tertiary qualifications desired but not essential
- A valid driver's license.
