Job Opportunity

The Service Delivery Supervisor plays a pivotal role in the delivery of programmed work orders and management of work priorities. Reporting to a designated manager, this individual will contribute to high-quality outcomes that support essential services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule and execute programmed works, validating scopes submitted by clients, identifying any variances.
  • Conduct works in progress and safety inspections based on activities and trends.
  • Ensure accurate capture of information relating to each work order within management systems.
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers.
  • Complete pre, mid, and post work inspections for each work order, recording progress and relevant documentation within the system.
Requirements
  • Hold a mechanical or electrical trade certificate, as well as a valid driver's licence.
  • Own a vehicle to facilitate travel within the region and conduct site visits.
  • Demonstrate strong stakeholder management experience, both internal and external, including managing subcontractors in a construction project environment.
  • Attend fortnightly team collaboration meetings at the office.
  • Excel in handling high-volume work orders with strong administrative abilities to ensure accurate job management within the system.
