We are seeking passionate gelato professionals to create memorable moments for our customers. As a gelato specialist, you will be the face of fun, flavour and top-tier service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Expertly serve gelato with skill, speed and style.
  • Assist customers in finding their new favourite flavour through taste-testing recommendations.
  • Maintain the display cases clean and visually appealing.
  • Provide friendly, upbeat customer service — every scoop, every time.
  • Contribute to the preparation of our gelato fresh daily — gaining knowledge about each flavour's unique characteristics.
  • Ensure the outlet remains clean and sparkling, just like our gelato.
  • Effectively manage the evening rush after the theatre lets out — fast, fun and full of flavour-loving fans.
Essential Qualifications:
  • A people person with a positive, bubbly personality.
  • Reliable, energetic and a team player.
  • Detail-oriented — because our gelato deserves to look as good as it tastes.
  • Previous experience in hospitality or retail is an advantage.
  • Clear and confident communication with customers.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure while delivering a great experience.
  • Passionate about sweet treats — especially gelato.
  • Flexible availability, including weekends and evenings.
  • Professional appearance and strong attention to detail.
  • Possession of a current NSW RSA Competency Card (mandatory).
