Our ideal candidate is a passionate and skilled Gelato Artisan who can provide exceptional customer service, work efficiently under pressure, and maintain a clean and welcoming environment.

  • This role involves serving gelato with precision, speed, and style, while ensuring that every customer interaction is friendly and upbeat.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing fresh gelato daily, learning about each flavour's unique characteristics, and maintaining a high standard of cleanliness throughout the outlet.
  • They will also need to be able to communicate clearly and confidently with customers, handle cash and operate a point-of-sale system, and work effectively as part of a team.

Requirements :

  • A positive and bubbly personality, with excellent communication skills and a strong ability to work with people.
  • Experience in hospitality or retail is highly desirable, as is a current NSW RSA Competency Card.
  • The ideal candidate will be energetic, reliable, and have a keen eye for detail, with a passion for providing an exceptional customer experience.
  • Flexible availability, including weekends and evenings, is essential for this role.
