    Job Description

    The Business Development Manager responsibilities include:
    • Developing and implementing strategic plans to grow market share in the gelato FMCG sector.
    • Providing technical support and specialist advise
    • Building and maintaining strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.
    • Identify new business opportunities and target potential clients to increase sales.
    • Manage the sales pipeline and ensure effective tracking of leads and conversions.
    • Deliver presentations and proposals to prospective clients in a professional manner.
    • Analyse market trends to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
    • Prepare regular reports on sales performance and provide insights for improvement.

    The Successful Applicant

    A Successful Business Development Manager Should Have
    • Proven experience in gelato, pastry, or bakery with hands on technical expertise
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
    • A proactive and results-oriented mindset.
    • The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
    • A valid driver's licence, as travel within Sydney and interstate is required.

    On Offer For The Successful Business Development Manager
    • Competitive salary package of $110,000 to $120,000 AUD, plus a car allowance of $18,000 AUD (including tolls and fuel).
    • Flexible hybrid work environment with Summer Hill office location.
