Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Transformation Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in bridging the gap between IT systems and business operations.

About the Role:

  • Bridging the Gap: Collaborate with external stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into actionable IT requirements.
  • GAP Analysis: Conduct analysis of existing IT systems and sales processes, recommending improvements to better meet external client demands.
  • Process Development: Develop business process maps, user stories, and functional specifications to support IT and sales initiatives for external clients.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze external sales performance data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement, integrating these insights into system and process enhancements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience: 3–5+ years of experience in a Business Analyst role, preferably within IT or retail environments.
  • External Relationship Management: Proven experience managing external relationships, working with clients, and understanding their business needs.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of IT systems, business process mapping, and data analysis in a customer-facing or retail context.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical information for non-technical external stakeholders.
