We are seeking a seasoned consultant to join our team, focusing on driving business transformation and strategic planning engagements for our ANZ customers.

This role blends deep functional & technical expertise with business consulting skills to help C-suite and senior business leaders design and implement enterprise-wide planning solutions that improve organisational efficiency, agility, and decision-making.

As a trusted advisor, you will serve as the SME for large-scale connected planning solutions, recommending and modifying existing models as part of a connected solution, optimization, or to incorporate new functionality.

You will facilitate workshops with cross-functional teams to align stakeholders, refine requirements, and develop planning solutions to cater to business needs.

Additionally, you will provide strategic oversight of planning solution deployments, ensuring alignment with business goals, to-be process, and change management principles.

Guiding customers through organisational change, providing coaching and knowledge transfer to build internal capability is another key aspect of this role.

  • Drive Business Transformation: Partner with senior executives to define business objectives, strategies, and roadmaps for enterprise performance management and connected planning initiatives.
  • Serve as SME: Recommend and modify existing models as part of a connected solution, optimization, or to incorporate new functionality.
  • Facilitate Cross-Functional Teams: Facilitate workshops with cross-functional teams to align stakeholders, refine requirements, and develop planning solutions to cater to business needs.
  • Provide Strategic Oversight: Provide strategic oversight of planning solution deployments, ensuring alignment with business goals, to-be process, and change management principles.
  • Guide Organisational Change: Guide customers through organisational change, providing coaching and knowledge transfer to build internal capability.

About You

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field (or equivalent experience). Master's degree in Business administration is preferred.
  • Experience: 10+ years of experience in management or business consulting, enterprise planning transformation, or strategic solution advisory.
  • Skills: Strong track record in advising organisations on business performance improvement and change enablement. Skilled in engaging with senior stakeholders to address complex organisational challenges.
  • Industry Experience: Proven ability to translate business requirements into strategic solution designs that deliver measurable outcomes. Experience in enterprise planning, forecasting, or performance management processes (EPM experience strongly preferred).
  • Certifications: Excellent facilitation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
