Your Role
  • You will participate in a comprehensive 12-15 month graduate program that combines classroom learning with rotations across various teams.
  • As part of our team, you will support customers in their digital transformation endeavors through expert solution deployments, testing, issue resolution, and system landscape operations.
  • Key responsibilities will include planning and executing solution deployments, as well as engaging in customer workshops, trainings, and delivery of system optimization services.
  • Additionally, you will build relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive success in Customer Services & Delivery business.
About You
  • To be successful in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree or equivalent tertiary study.
  • Previous experience in customer-facing roles is preferred, but not required. However, it is essential to have interest in technology, innovation, and digital platforms solving business challenges.
  • Strong communication, listening, and interpersonal skills are also crucial for success in this position.
