Account Executive, Mid-Market Specialist

We're looking for a Mid-Market Account Executive to join our dynamic team of creatives, engineers, marketers, and business professionals. As a salesperson, you'll consult with our existing customer base and potential customers to drive meaningful relationships that add value to the customer experience and revenue to our bottom line.
Key Responsibilities- Build a strong sales pipeline while exceeding quarterly and annual sales targets
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure sales effectiveness
- Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders within Figma's Mid-Market accounts
- Be part of a team dedicated to promoting Figma to existing and new customers, with up to 25% travel
- Help build the foundation and processes for customer-facing teams at Figma to support our ANZ customer base
- Work with Figma's marketing team to build and execute on-the-ground events
- Minimum 5 years of SaaS sales experience in a fast-growing organization
- Proven ability to close complex sales cycles and value sell against business pain and initiatives
- Ability to prioritize competing demands from customers and balance their needs against those of the business
- A real entrepreneurial mindset
- Problem-solving skills, a positive attitude, and willingness to be bold
- Deep market experience in ANZ
- Experience selling to technical audiences
- Experience with UX/UI design principles and collaboration tools
- Proven experience using a sales methodology, ideally Command of the Message or MEDDICC
