We're looking for a Mid-Market Account Executive to join our dynamic team of creatives, engineers, marketers, and business professionals. As a salesperson, you'll consult with our existing customer base and potential customers to drive meaningful relationships that add value to the customer experience and revenue to our bottom line.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build a strong sales pipeline while exceeding quarterly and annual sales targets
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure sales effectiveness
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders within Figma's Mid-Market accounts
  • Be part of a team dedicated to promoting Figma to existing and new customers, with up to 25% travel
  • Help build the foundation and processes for customer-facing teams at Figma to support our ANZ customer base
  • Work with Figma's marketing team to build and execute on-the-ground events
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of SaaS sales experience in a fast-growing organization
  • Proven ability to close complex sales cycles and value sell against business pain and initiatives
  • Ability to prioritize competing demands from customers and balance their needs against those of the business
  • A real entrepreneurial mindset
  • Problem-solving skills, a positive attitude, and willingness to be bold
  • Deep market experience in ANZ
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience selling to technical audiences
  • Experience with UX/UI design principles and collaboration tools
  • Proven experience using a sales methodology, ideally Command of the Message or MEDDICC
