**Warranty Management Position**

We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive Warranty Supervisor to oversee end-to-end warranty processing for all brands, ensuring alignment with business needs and compliance with manufacturer requirements.

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and take on a challenging role in the automotive industry.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with both manufacturers and internal departments, as well as managing and controlling warranty-related costs by ensuring efficient operations and adherence to set service, sales, and profit objectives.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Oversight of end-to-end warranty processing for all brands
  • Maintenance of strong relationships with manufacturers and internal departments
  • Management of warranty-related costs

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Previous experience in a similar Warranty Supervisor or Warranty Clerk role within the automotive industry
  • Strong understanding of manufacturer warranty guidelines and claim procedures
  • Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy in data entry and documentation
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with ability to prioritise tasks effectively
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
