Work with a leading automotive dealer group to ensure customer satisfaction through effective warranty management.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for processing warranty paperwork, verifying criteria, and providing documentation to manufacturers or distributors. Your attention to detail and organisational skills will be essential in reviewing and processing returned/rejected/adjusted warranty claims, tracking each claim until its final resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process warranty paperwork efficiently
  • Verify warranty criteria and provide accurate documentation
  • Review and process returned/rejected/adjusted warranty claims
  • Reconcile warranty receivables and work with the accounting department
  • Arrange parts shipment to factories or distributors and resubmit rejected claims promptly
  • Ensure accurate technician stories and complete tasks according to manufacturer and dealership policies
  • Facilitate warranty-related issues and liaise with vendors and manufacturers
  • Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with Workshop Foremen, Technicians, and Service Advisors

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Warranty Clerk in the Automotive Industry is preferred
  • Mechanical knowledge is advantageous
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills are required
  • Organisational skills with the ability to prioritise are essential
  • Excellent attention to detail and following processes is crucial
  • Ability to provide great customer service is a must
  • Effective conflict resolution skills for positive outcomes are necessary
  • Ability to work in a team environment with a can-do attitude is expected
