Job Title: Automotive Warranty Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an Automotive Warranty Expert. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing customer warranty claims and providing exceptional support to our clients.

About the Role:
  • Manage customer warranty claims from initiation to resolution, ensuring timely and efficient processing.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to customers, providing clear guidance and explanations throughout the warranty process.
  • Liaise with internal teams, including workshop personnel, to ensure seamless communication and coordinated efforts.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in customer service and/or servicing & repair management, or equivalent experience in the automotive industry with basic mechanical knowledge.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Flexibility to adapt to new technologies and processes, with a willingness to learn and grow.
