Automotive Warranty Coordinator

At Peter Warren Automotive, we're expanding our team with a talented Warranty Clerk who can support us in providing exceptional customer service.

As a key member of our workshop, you will process warranty paperwork for various brands, verify documentation and criteria for manufacturers or distributors, review and process warranty claims, track each claim until resolution, reconcile warranty receivables, arrange part shipments, and resubmit rejected claims promptly. You will also ensure technician stories are accurate, completed according to manufacturer and dealership policies, complete clocking times, and parts tagging accurately.

This is a full-time commitment for 12 months with potential conversion to permanent status. To be successful in this role, you'll need previous experience as a Warranty Clerk in the Automotive Industry, full work rights in Australia, and mechanical knowledge is advantageous.

We're looking for someone with strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to work within a team environment with a can-do attitude. If you have excellent attention to detail and following processes, along with the ability to provide great customer service, then you might be the perfect fit for our team.
