We are now looking for a motivated and proactive **Warranty Supervisor** to join the team based at **Warwick Farm**.
**Responsibilities**:
- Oversee the end-to-end warranty processing for all brands, ensuring alignment with business needs and compliance with manufacturer requirements
- Maintain strong, positive relationships with both manufacturers and internal departments
- Manage and control warranty-related costs by ensuring efficient operations and adherence to set service, sales, and profit objectives
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of all warranty claims, including the submission of required defective parts and detailed defect reports
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in a similar Warranty Supervisor or Warranty Clerk role within the automotive industry
- Strong understanding of manufacturer warranty guidelines and claim procedures Excellent attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in data entry and documentation
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal teams and manufacturers
- Ability to analyse data, identify trends, and implement process improvements
- Proficiency in using dealership management systems (e.g. ERA, Auto-IT, Pentana)
- A proactive and solutions-focused mindset
- Current Australian driver's licence
