About the Role

As an Elite Women's Rugby Strength and Conditioning Coach, you'll design and implement high-performance programs to maximise the physical capabilities of our nationally categorised QAS athletes.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide evidence-based strength and conditioning services to our Rugby Sevens Academy program, coaches, and athletes.
  • Deliver performance testing and tracking/monitoring for our athletes, providing timely feedback to coaches, athletes, and the Performance Support team.
  • Contribute to athlete development plans and regularly review priorities and performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary performance support team to create a high-performance environment.
