About the Opportunity:
We are seeking a highly skilled Associate Director to join our Sydney head office as part of our national Design team.

As a key member of the Landscape Architecture leadership team, you will drive the growth and development of the LA design offering in NSW by leading and delivering high-quality technical, production, and design input to the National Design team. This involves demonstrating a broad understanding, passion, and emerging skill base in the areas of landscape, built form, public realm design, and placemaking.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead, manage, and coordinate all aspects of project delivery, including complex multi-disciplinary projects with Director support. This includes managing resourcing, program, and fees, and flagging issues as they arise to ensure project budget and deadlines are met;
• Develop and document complex landscape architecture designs in computer-aided design (AutoCAD) and Revit/BIM and graphic (Adobe Creative Suite) formats, and 3D modeling and visualization expertise (Sketchup/Rhino 3d/Lumion);
• Build new and existing client relationships resulting in the generation of repeat work and strong professional networks across various industry sectors;
• Confidently and efficiently support or lead external and internal meetings, delivering strategic design strategies, and business plan initiatives;
• Achieve commercial performance KPIs, including team revenue targets, utilization, personal fee budgets, and Work Under Management through strong service delivery and effective project management;
• Demonstrate advanced understanding of services and value of other Business Units (BUs) and speak to clients about the value other BUs can contribute to a project or process.

Ideal Candidate:
· Tertiary qualifications in Landscape Architecture;
· Experience in a Design practice and/or consultancy environment;
· 10+ years relevant experience or equivalent experience;
· Strong Word and Excel skills to develop contract specifications and costing estimates.

Salary: AU$120,000 - AU$180,000 per annum.
