Job Title: Senior Manager

Onset Group is seeking a Senior Manager to lead our infrastructure architecture team. This is a pivotal role that drives innovation and strategy alignment across a diverse portfolio, impacting over 400 technologists and millions of consumers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive infrastructure architecture strategy that supports business objectives and drives transformation and new technology adoption.
  • Lead and mentor a team of talented architects, fostering a collaborative and innovative culture.
  • Build strong relationships with business and IT leaders, effectively communicating complex technical concepts and advocating for strategic initiatives.
  • Oversee the design, development, and implementation of scalable, secure, and high-performing infrastructure solutions.
  • Establish and maintain robust governance frameworks to ensure compliance, quality, and efficiency.
  • Identify and drive emerging technologies to enhance our infrastructure capabilities and competitive advantage.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Proven experience in managing infrastructure architecture teams in large, complex organizations.
  • Demonstrable experience managing through managers, supporting their alignment to the broader strategic goals and supporting their personal leadership growth.
  • Experience working in Agile environments and supporting your teams through transformational change.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • A passion for innovation and a commitment to delivering exceptional results.
