Senior Landscape Architecture Educator

A key focus area for this position is addressing pressing environmental and societal challenges such as biodiversity loss, human-induced climate change, and spatial inequality present in many global cities. We encourage candidates with knowledge and experience in urban ecology, designing for climate change, the material impacts of climate change, and assessing climate change and landscape performance outcomes.
As a Lecturer (Education Focussed), you will be expected to demonstrate and continuously develop a well-defined teaching philosophy that inspires student learning and improves the teaching and student experience. Additionally, you will initiate the development of emerging pedagogical approaches to teaching and learning, including applied methodologies for climate-positive design and improved landscape performance outcomes.
This is a part-time (14-hour week) Level B position with a salary range of $123,620 - $145,730 per annum, plus 17% Superannuation and annual leave loading Pro Rata. The successful candidate will also have the opportunity to work with world-class facilities and engage in strong industry connections at our Kensington campus in Sydney, NSW.
