At Troocoo, we are seeking an experienced Data Architecture Leader to join our team and help shape the future of our data capability. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in modernizing and driving our data architecture forward.

The Role:
As a valued member of our team, you will partner with senior leaders and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement data solutions that align with our business objectives.

  • Develop and maintain an enterprise data strategy, encompassing data modeling, data integration, data warehousing, and data governance.
  • Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into scalable and sustainable data architecture solutions.
  • Oversee the implementation of data architecture solutions, ensuring they are efficient, scalable, and maintainable.
  • Responsibility for overseeing the design, development, and upkeep of enterprise-level data ingestion processes, data pipelines, and abstraction layers.
  • Define and enforce data governance policies, including data quality, data security, and data lifecycle management.
  • Design and optimize data infrastructure to support the development and scaling of Large Language Models (LLMs) and machine learning (ML) models.
  • Stay abreast of emerging technologies, trends, and best practices in the data architecture space and make recommendations for their adoption.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Data Architect
  • Background in Data Engineering
  • Experience driving architectural change that transforms and optimizes complex businesses
  • Hands-on experience with data technologies and cloud platforms, ideally Microsoft Azure
  • Experience with Appian, Ataccama, and H2O is advantageous
  • Strong business acumen with an ability to engage, collaborate, and influence people across different business units and stakeholders
