Job Opportunity

We're seeking a Contract Specialist to support the full contract lifecycle, ensuring smooth, compliant, and efficient management of project delivery contracts.

  • You will collaborate with teams across Procurement, Engineering, Risk, and external contractors to maintain accurate documentation, track contract milestones, and assist in preparing notices, claims, schedules, and reports.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage complex information are critical to keeping projects aligned with commercial objectives and on track for success.
Requirements
  • Experience in contract or construction project administration
  • Strong document control and attention to detail across systems and correspondence
  • Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with Share Point, In Eight, or Teambinder is a plus
  • Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
  • Clear communicator with strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building abilities
