Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Procurement Leader to lead our contract and procurement activities across the region. This role will execute the full tender and contract lifecycle, support contract holders, and ensure compliance with procurement policies and systems.

The Procurement Leader plays a key role in delivering best-value purchasing outcomes for our business. Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading the execution of tender and contract management process, including preparing commercial terms and stakeholder communication.
  • Supporting contract holders in contract management and transition strategies.
  • Managing contract performance, amendments, and closure processes, ensuring alignment with business deliverables.
  • Maintaining and enhancing procurement systems, including audit compliance.
  • Championing continuous improvement in purchasing systems and vendor performance.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Extensive experience in contract drafting and negotiation, including contract clauses.
  • Ability to manage high volumes of tenders and contracts in a complex environment.
  • Understanding of effective procurement systems and practices.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  • Formal qualifications in contract management or purchasing or membership of CIPS.
