About the Role

We are currently seeking expressions of interest (EOI) from experienced Defence professionals to support major government and industry programs nationwide.

Our roles are located in various locations across Australia, including Canberra, Brisbane, Adelaide, Melbourne, and Perth.

Successful candidates will have the opportunity to lead or support the delivery of critical programs and projects, ensuring outcomes are achieved on time and within scope.


Responsibilities and Disciplines
  • Program & Project Management/Support: Lead or support the delivery of critical programs and projects, ensuring outcomes are achieved on time and within scope.
  • Commercial & Procurement: Provide strategic procurement advice, manage complex contracts, and support commercial negotiations with key Defence stakeholders.
  • Strategic Business Advisory: Drive organisational improvement, business case development, policy advice, and strategic planning initiatives.
  • Systems & Software Engineering: Design, develop, and integrate cutting-edge technologies across software and complex systems landscapes.
  • Integrated Logistics Support (ILS): Deliver tailored ILS strategies including maintenance planning, configuration management, and supply chain support.
  • Project Scheduling: Develop, manage, and optimise detailed project schedules in support of large-scale and long-term initiatives.
  • Technical Writing: Translate technical information into clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation for a range of audiences.
  • ICT Professionals: Operate, maintain and optimise information and communication technology infrastructure and systems
  • Communications & Network Engineering: Design, implement, and optimise secure, mission-critical communications and networking solutions across defence and enterprise environments.

Requirements
  • Experienced and Qualified: Minimum 7 years of experience in one or more of the above fields.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Australian Citizenship.
  • Negative Vetting 1 Clearance.
  • Passionate About Delivering High-Quality Outcomes.
