As a Business Solutions Expert, you'll be responsible for grasping business processes, gathering and analyzing requirements, and ensuring that solutions align with strategic organizational objectives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document detailed requirements.
- Translate business needs into clear functional specifications for technical teams.
- Serve as the primary liaison between business units and developers.
- Support system and user acceptance testing to ensure solutions meet requirements.
- Map current processes and identify opportunities for improvement using Power Platform capabilities.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for all requirements, workflows, and system changes.
About You
The ideal candidate is an experienced Business Solutions Expert with a strong background in requirements gathering, process mapping, and creating functional specifications.
You have a solid understanding of the Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365, including their capabilities and constraints.
Key Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- A proven analytical and problem-solving mindset, capable of proposing and implementing effective solutions.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in documentation and design.
- The adaptability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and knowledge of enterprise platform governance and security is desirable.
