The Role: As a Claims Consultant, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of motor claims end-to-end, liaising with third parties and clients to provide regular updates on claim progress, building and maintaining positive relationships internally and externally, and following established processes and procedures in line with legislation.
To succeed in this role, you will require previous claims experience (1-2 years), excellent customer service and communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
