About the Role

As a claims professional, you will be responsible for managing and facilitating the recovery process for motor insurance claims. This role requires attention to detail and strong analytical skills to investigate and resolve complex claim issues.

You will conduct thorough investigations into motor insurance claims to determine liability and assess the extent of damages. Accurate documentation of all aspects of the claims and recovery process is essential to ensure compliance with internal protocols and regulatory requirements.

Analyze accident reports, witness statements, and other relevant documents to make informed decisions. Effective communication with key stakeholders, including policyholders and third-party suppliers, is crucial to resolving claims efficiently.

Accurately document all aspects of the claims and recovery process, ensuring completeness and compliance with internal protocols. This includes maintaining accurate records, preparing correspondence, and responding to inquiries from policyholders and third-party suppliers.

Collect payments in accordance with company policies and procedures.
