Claims Officer Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Claims Officer to join our team in Parramatta, NSW. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing motor claims in line with set procedures and policies.

About the Role
  • Process motor claims from initial contact through to final settlement.
  • Manage relationships with customers, brokers, organisations, and partnerships to provide an exceptional operational and customer service experience.
  • Develop and maintain technical expertise in motor claims to deliver high-quality customer service.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Previous motor claims experience is essential.
  • Strong customer service skills with a highly empathetic approach.
  • Able to handle multiple and competing tasks to meet customer needs.
