About the Role

This exciting opportunity offers a passionate and detail-oriented professional the chance to join a dynamic team. As a Motor Claims Consultant, you'll be responsible for accurately assessing and managing Motor claims according to company policies and industry regulations.

You'll handle claims efficiently within agreed workflow timeframes and service level agreements (SLAs). Additionally, you'll proactively manage claim lifecycles through diary management and vendor coordination (e.g., repairers, assessors).

Responding to customer complaints and expressions of dissatisfaction with empathy and professionalism is also a key aspect of this role. You'll provide clear and timely support to customers and stakeholders by managing incoming call enquiries.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Audit and review Motor claims for accuracy and compliance.
  2. Coordinate with external vendors such as repairers and assessors to ensure seamless claim resolution.
  3. Communicate effectively with customers and stakeholders to resolve issues in a timely manner.
  4. Develop and implement strategies to improve claim efficiency and reduce turnaround times.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Motor claims handling.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Familiarity with regulatory compliance in the insurance industry.
