
Motor Claims Professional

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Motor Claims Specialist to join our dynamic claims team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately assessing and managing Motor claims in accordance with industry regulations and company policies.
A key aspect of the role is handling claims efficiently within agreed workflow timeframes and service level agreements (SLAs). This includes proactively managing claim lifecycles through diary management and vendor coordination.
Effective communication and customer service skills are essential in this position, as the successful candidate will be required to respond to customer complaints and expressions of dissatisfaction with empathy and professionalism.
The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of experience in Motor claims handling and possess excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Strong time management and organisational skills are also necessary to manage incoming call enquiries and provide clear and timely support to customers and stakeholders.
In addition to these skills, the successful candidate will need to conduct regular claims reviews and assist with overflow claims from other sub-teams as needed.
