
Academic Timetable Coordinator

The role involves building and managing timetables to achieve learning and teaching goals. It also requires coordinating curriculum, staff data and facilities to develop accurate schedules. You will work closely with faculties, schools and shared services to provide advice and support on timetabling policies and procedures.

About the Role
You will have proven experience in developing timetables or complex scheduling, preferably in a higher education setting. Experience in timetabling and scheduling software is essential as well as strong administration experience in complex high volume environments. Data analysis and reporting skills are also required along with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Project management skills are highly desirable for this role, which will involve contributing to projects that enhance timetabling systems processes and the student experience.A degree qualification in a relevant field or equivalent experience is necessary for this position.Knowledge of tertiary education policies processes and course degree structures is also important as well as experience working in the Higher Education Sector.
