Key Selection Criteria
  • Tertiary qualification (including post-graduate) in learning technologies, education, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of relevant training and experience.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of current adult learning principles, including online and blended learning pedagogies.
  • Proven experience in the design, preparation, and implementation of education programs using web-based platforms and/or content management systems.
  • Working knowledge of Macquarie's institutional Learning Management System (i.e., Moodle), with experience in other LMS platforms (e.g., Canvas, Blackboard, or similar) and a wide range of educational web-based applications and tools.
  • Strong time management and organisational skills, with a demonstrated ability to coordinate tasks and deliver outcomes within competing deadlines.
