Strata Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Strata Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for an experienced professional who can effectively manage and maintain the day-to-day operations of strata complexes.

About You
  • You have a proven track record as a Strata Manager or in a similar role, with experience in interpreting strata legislation and providing sound advice to committees and owners.
  • You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with owners, committees, and other stakeholders.
  • You are a problem solver who thrives on delivering solutions and has the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
The Role
  • Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with owners and committees, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor for all strata-related matters.
  • Deliver high-quality customer service in any situation, leading and facilitating Annual General Meetings and other committee or General meetings.
  • Prepare budgets, agendas, and minutes, with the full support of specialized departments to assist you.
  • Apply your understanding of strata legislation to provide sound advice and assist in the effective enforcement of by-laws.
  • Oversee the placement of insurance policies and coordinate necessary repairs, maintenance, and compliance tasks to ensure the safety and integrity of each building.
