Property Accommodations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Property Accommodations Manager to oversee all aspects of residential accommodation for staff, contractors, and visitors in southern Tasmania.
This is a challenging role that requires strong organisational skills, effective communication, and interpersonal skills to manage various stakeholders. The successful candidate will have extensive knowledge and experience in real estate or property management and be able to ensure compliance with relevant policies and procedures.
- The primary responsibilities of this role include managing accommodation contracts, coordinating tenancies, furnishing, service connection, maintenance, and cleaning.
- You will serve as the primary contact for all accommodation-related issues, liaising, negotiating, and resolving issues with internal and external stakeholders and tenants.
- Strong technical knowledge of property management principles, practices, and systems.
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, including negotiation, mediation, and arbitration.
- Able to work independently and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
