About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team at Teamlink as a Project Facilitation Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through cold calling, prospecting, and attending networking events.
  • Collaborating with internal and external Sales Agents to drive business growth.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing partners and clients.
  • Providing expert advice and guidance to Sales Agents and clients on business practices and new business opportunities.
  • Conducting market appraisals and analyzing data to inform business decisions.
  • Managing databases and developing marketing strategies to drive business growth.
  • Ensuring all necessary documentation is completed and up-to-date.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in Real Estate or a related field.
  • Area expertise in metropolitan Sydney.
  • High level of communication and attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Outstanding telephone manner and time management skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and accountability.
  • A thirst for setting and achieving goals.
  • Well-presented and professional demeanor.
  • Innovative thinker with a forward-thinking approach.
  • Valid driver's license.
