Project Facilitation Manager

As a key member of the Teamlink team, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Facilitation Manager (Interstate) to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities interstate through cold calling, prospecting, and attending networking events.
- Collaborating closely with internal and external Sales Agents to drive business growth.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing partners and clients to identify further business opportunities.
- Providing expert advice and guidance to Sales Agents and clients on business practices and new business opportunities.
- Conducting market appraisals to identify new business opportunities.
- Managing and maintaining databases and marketing materials to support business growth.
- Ensuring all necessary documentation is completed and up-to-date for new business opportunities.
To succeed in this role, the ideal candidate will have:
- At least 2 years of experience in Real Estate and/or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of the metropolitan Sydney area.
- Excellent communication and attention to detail skills.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Outstanding telephone manner and time management skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- A strong desire to set and achieve goals.
- Excellent presentation skills.
- An innovative and forward-thinking approach to business.
- A valid driver's license.
