About the Role

As a key member of the Teamlink team, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Facilitation Manager (Interstate) to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities interstate through cold calling, prospecting, and attending networking events.
  • Collaborating closely with internal and external Sales Agents to drive business growth.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing partners and clients to identify further business opportunities.
  • Providing expert advice and guidance to Sales Agents and clients on business practices and new business opportunities.
  • Conducting market appraisals to identify new business opportunities.
  • Managing and maintaining databases and marketing materials to support business growth.
  • Ensuring all necessary documentation is completed and up-to-date for new business opportunities.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, the ideal candidate will have:

  • At least 2 years of experience in Real Estate and/or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of the metropolitan Sydney area.
  • Excellent communication and attention to detail skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Outstanding telephone manner and time management skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  • A strong desire to set and achieve goals.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • An innovative and forward-thinking approach to business.
  • A valid driver's license.
