Cluster Manager Job Description

At Brand Collective, we're seeking a highly skilled Cluster Manager to lead our Tasmanian region. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for driving sales, engaging your team, and delivering outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the performance of 4 stores, providing guidance and support to your team and Store Managers.
  • Develop and implement tactical plans to drive sales and improve performance across sales, staff, stock, and systems.
  • Lead a culture of continuous improvement and innovation, recommending strategies to improve performance and drive growth.
  • Manage employee performance, ensuring staff are aware, supported, and trained to deliver on team budgets and KPIs.
  • Nurture the growth and development of your direct reports, creating a talent pipeline within our retail network.
  • Prepare monthly rosters, costed to achieve store budgets, and manage escalated store or customer complaints.
Requirements:
  • Previous Cluster Management experience in the retail space.
  • Proven track record of delivering results, driving sales, and engaging teams.
  • Expert knowledge of KPIs and performance management.
  • Ability to analyse data, act efficiently, and make calculated business decisions.
  • Interest in thinking 'outside the box' to improve and maintain a cutting-edge knowledge of our market.
  • Passion for customers and ability to organise and engage in internal and external eventing.
  • Good active listening skills, providing an inclusive and supportive environment for the team and peers.
  • Ability to think on your feet and move with a sense of urgency.
