Cluster Manager Job Description

At Brand Collective, we're seeking a highly skilled Cluster Manager to lead our Tasmanian region. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for managing the overall performance of our stores in the region, driving sales, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the performance of 4 stores, providing guidance and support to your team and Store Managers.
  • Develop and implement tactical plans to drive sales and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Lead a culture of continuous improvement and innovation, recommending strategies to improve performance across sales, staff, stock, and systems.
  • Manage performance through goal setting and KPI targets, ensuring staff are aware, supported, and trained to deliver on team budgets and KPIs.
  • Nurture the growth and development of your direct reports, creating a talent pipeline within our retail network.
  • Prepare monthly rosters costed to achieve store budgets.
  • Manage escalated store or customer complaints, ensuring they're dealt with promptly and professionally.
  • Be confident in managing all aspects of the employee life-cycle.
  • Assist with recruitment.
Requirements:
  • Previous Cluster Management experience in the retail space.
  • Proven track record of delivering results, driving sales, and engaging your team, with expert knowledge of KPIs.
  • Great people management skills, a thorough understanding of performance management.
  • An ability to analyse data, act efficiently, and make calculated business decisions.
  • Interest in thinking 'outside the box' to improve and maintain a cutting-edge knowledge of our market.
  • A passion for customers, and ability to organise and engage in internal and external eventing.
  • Good active listening skills, provide inclusive and supportive environment for the team and peers.
  • The ability to think on your feet and move with a sense of urgency.
  • Availability to work a rotating Monday-Friday and Tuesday-Saturday roster.
