Job Description

We are seeking an experienced lawyer to join our team as a corporate immigration specialist.

  • The ideal candidate will have experience in advising and representing clients in complex individual matters, including skilled visas and corporate sponsorships.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Draft and manage applications, submissions, and case strategies.
  • Manage and appear in merits review cases.
  • Build strong relationships with corporate and individual clients.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 2-4 years of experience in immigration and administrative law.
  • Background in skilled visa programs and corporate sponsorships.
  • Experience with merits review and judicial review is preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A detail-oriented, solutions-focused approach.
  • Confidence with legal technology and modern practice systems.
