Immigration Lawyer Position

The company is seeking an experienced Immigration Lawyer to join our team. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain exposure to corporate and complex immigration law matters in a supportive and structured environment.

About the Role

  • Advise and represent clients in corporate immigration programs, skilled visas, and complex individual matters.
  • Draft and manage applications, submissions, and case strategies.
  • Manage and appear in merits review cases.
  • Build strong client relationships with corporate and individual clients.
  • Contribute to the collaborative and professional culture of the firm.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years PAE in immigration and administrative law.
  • Background in skilled visa programs and corporate sponsorships.
  • Experience with merits review and judicial review preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A detail-oriented, solutions-focused approach.
  • Confidence with legal technology and modern practice systems.
