The Role

We are seeking an Associate Immigration Lawyer (2–4 years PAE) with corporate and complex case experience to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to gain exposure to both corporate and complex immigration law matters in a supportive and structured environment.

You will work directly with experienced senior practitioners across a diverse client base, including corporate sponsors and individuals with challenging cases.

This cannot be a fully remote role. We do not believe fully remote work for legal practitioners. Some work-from-days can be negotiated.

Key Responsibilities
  • Advise and represent clients in corporate immigration programs, skilled visas, and complex individual matters
  • Draft and manage applications, submissions, and case strategies
  • Manage and appear in merits review cases
  • Build strong client relationships with corporate and individual clients
  • Contribute to the collaborative and professional culture of the firm
About You

The ideal candidate will bring:

  • 2–4 years PAE in immigration and administrative law
  • Background in skilled visa programs and corporate sponsorships
  • Experience with merits review and judicial review preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A detail-oriented, solutions-focused approach
  • Confidence with legal technology and modern practice systems
