
Corporate Governance Specialist

Overview of the Role:
The role is responsible for providing professional corporate governance support to the Boards and Committees, working closely with Board Members, Committee Chairs, and the Executive Leadership Team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate efficient Board and Committee meeting processes, including agenda coordination, minute taking, and action management.
- Maintain meeting calendars, planners, and Registers, ensuring timely delivery of key tasks and actions.
- Manage governance responsibilities, such as sub-delegations and Secretariat records.
Requirements:
- Postgraduate qualifications in law, governance, or business are essential, along with demonstrated company secretarial experience and knowledge of IT applications, including Microsoft Office Suite and SAP.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment, handling multiple priorities and deadlines while maintaining confidentiality and discretion.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
