Job Summary

The Building Services Coordinator plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of multiple sites across North Victoria. This position requires an individual who can effectively manage maintenance and infrastructure services, providing exceptional customer service and maintaining compliance with relevant regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee multiple sites in North Victoria, driving operational efficiency, safety, and compliance.
  • Identify and resolve maintenance issues proactively, maintaining a high level of facility management.
  • Coordinate and track preventative maintenance, ensuring timely completion of operational requests and efficient maintenance processes.
  • Manage contractor WHS compliance and ensure performance meets defined processes and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Engage stakeholders through effective communication, fostering a culture of care, curiosity, and connection.
  • Process invoices and manage allocated budgets efficiently.
Requirements
  • Experience in Facility Services or trade background is highly advantageous.
  • Strong local community engagement experience.
  • Ability to read and interpret workplace architectural and engineering drawings.
  • A strong sense of accountability and commitment to delivering quality outcomes.
  • Outstanding organisational skills and ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Strong attention to detail and proactive approach to customer service.
  • Current Victorian Driving License as travel to sites is required.
