Job Description

We are seeking a Supply Chain Expert to manage projects and support the Logistics Lead in delivering the Logistics Acceleration Workstream within a large-scale initiative.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Partnerships:

    • Establish strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring seamless collaboration and effective communication.

  • Cost, Service, Quality Targets:

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver on targets through accountability and analytical support.

  • Logistics Support:

    • Provide functional logistics support to project teams, driving efficiency and productivity.

  • Vendor Management:

    • Evaluate and ensure vendor performance meets contract expectations, maintaining high standards of quality.
Project Management & Governance:

  • Feasibility Studies:

    • Conduct thorough feasibility studies across supply chain, warehousing, and transport, identifying opportunities for improvement.

  • Progress Tracking:

    • Monitor project milestones and report on progress, budget, and resource utilization.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:

    • Cultivate relationships with stakeholders from Supply, Commercial, Digital Technology, S&F, consultants, and 3PLs, fostering open communication and coordination.
Change Management:

  • Future-State Process Design:

    • Develop and implement future-state process designs, analyzing gaps and impacts.

  • Change Program Execution:

    • Design and execute robust change management programs, aligning stakeholders and promoting successful adoption.

  • Stakeholder Engagement:

    • Drive stakeholder alignment and training, facilitating smooth transitions from deployment to business-as-usual operations.
Requirements:
  • Degree qualified in Supply Chain, Commerce, Engineering, IT, or Finance.
  • Experience in logistics/supply chain operations.
  • Proven project management experience in large, complex, or cross-segment projects.
  • Strong knowledge of warehousing, transport, and/or international logistics processes.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and influencing skills.
  • Digital mindset – strong systems capability and learning agility.
  • SAP functional knowledge – ideally Atlas/SAP ECC6 or S/4HANA.
