About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Solution Engineering to join our team at DocuSign, Inc. This is a key leadership role that will be responsible for developing and managing a team of Solution Consultants to support the growth of our ANZ Business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day Solutions Consulting, working closely with the Enterprise and Majors Sales teams
  • Scale the team, including recruiting, hiring, training, and mentoring to grow a well-balanced and high-performing team
  • Provide guidance and mentoring to help the team refine technical, sales, presentation, and customer engagement skills
  • Drive collaboration with internal partners, including Sales, Marketing, Professional Services, Product Development, Customer Support, and others
  • Foster Docusign's core values by hiring with cultural fit in mind and being a role model
Requirements
  • Basic BA/BS degree
  • 8+ years of relevant experience
  • 4+ years of experience managing Solution Consultants
  • Experience working across a range of industry verticals
  • Excellent executive engagement, coaching, discovery, and presentation skills
  • Understanding of customer landscape and their typical challenges and opportunities
  • Ability to build trust and rapport with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to increase customer satisfaction and deepen customer relationships
