Director of Solution Engineering

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Director of Solution Engineering to join our team at DocuSign. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and leading a team of Solution Consultants to support the growth of our ANZ Business.
Key Responsibilities- Manage day-to-day Solutions Consulting, working closely with the Enterprise and Majors Sales teams
- Scale the team, including recruiting, hiring, training, and mentoring to grow a well-balanced and high-performing team
- Provide guidance and mentoring to help the team refine technical, sales, presentation, and customer engagement skills
- Drive collaboration with internal partners, including Sales, Marketing, Professional Services, Product Development, Customer Support, and others
- Foster a culture of innovation and excellence, hiring with cultural fit in mind and being a role model for the team
- 8+ years of relevant experience in solution engineering, technical sales, or a related field
- 4+ years of experience managing Solution Consultants
- Experience working across a range of industry verticals
- Excellent executive engagement, coaching, discovery, and presentation skills
- Understanding of customer landscape and their typical challenges and opportunities
- Ability to build trust and rapport with cross-functional teams
- Ability to increase customer satisfaction and deepen customer relationships
