Director of Solution Delivery (Supply Chain)

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Solution Delivery (Supply Chain) to join our Digital Health Technology team at ResMed Inc.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for the development and delivery of IT solutions that meet the needs of our business. This will involve working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet the quality standards set by ResMed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and implement engineering strategies and roadmaps to drive business growth and innovation.
  • Ensure compliance with ResMed policies and industry standards, and maintain accurate documentation of all projects.
  • Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and adjust plans as necessary to ensure successful completion.
  • Manage stakeholder communication, report on project status, and allocate resources efficiently to optimize cost.
  • Foster innovation, encourage the adoption of the latest technologies, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Implement best practices for remote and hybrid team management, and facilitate communication and collaboration among team members.
  • Define and drive the adoption of engineering best practices and methodologies, and ensure quality of implemented software.
  • Provide mentorship and support to team members, fostering professional growth and development.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience managing high-performing teams, delivering IT solutions, and working with Atlassian tools.
  • Excellent communication skills, with proficiency in managing remote and hybrid teams, and strong leadership, interpersonal, and team management skills.
  • Strong technical acumen with experience in software development, agile methodologies, and project management.
  • Experience integrating ERP/IT enterprise systems, and working with Oracle Cloud ERP and Jama.
  • Minimum of 12 years of related experience, and relevant certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2).
