We are seeking an exceptional AI Engineering Director to lead our Gen AI engineering platforms and services. As the pinnacle of innovation, you will spearhead the development of cutting-edge solutions that revolutionize customer experiences and empower our teams.

Salary: $200,000 - $300,000 per annum

Your Role

As an AI Engineering Director, you will:

  • Lead a high-performing team of engineers in respective Chapters, empowering them to deliver top-notch solutions that meet our customers' evolving needs.
  • Collaborate closely with product owners and chief engineers within the domain to ensure seamless delivery of quality solutions.
  • Take ownership of thought leadership, people management, capability uplift, and continuous improvement, fostering an environment that inspires creativity and excellence.
  • Promote the adoption of best practices, DevSecOps thinking, and growth mindset across the organization.
Tech Skills

Our ideal candidate has:

  • Significant experience leading engineering teams in software development, cloud architecture, data science, machine learning engineering, and cybersecurity.
  • Familiarity with Python, TypeScript, C#, and other programming languages.
  • Expertise in Gen AI engineering frameworks & tools (e.g., Langchain, Semantic Kernel).
  • Strong coding expertise and proficiency in software design patterns.
