
Executive Culinary Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated Culinary Professional to join our team as a Commis Chef.
This role offers a unique opportunity to develop your culinary skills, work in a fast-paced environment and be part of a dynamic team. You will have the chance to produce high-quality dishes using local, seasonal produce while maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and safety.
The ideal candidate will have a commercial cookery qualification and 1-2 years of previous culinary experience. You should possess great communication skills, be able to lift, push and pull big objects up to 23 kg and work a 24/7 rotating roster.
Key Responsibilities- Making every single meal a feast for the eyes and treat for the tastebuds
- Ensuring the highest standards and consistent quality in the daily preparation
- Keeping the work area, equipment and section stocked and clean at all times
- Commercial Cookery qualification
- 1-2 years of previous culinary experience
- An understanding of HACCP
- Great communication skills
- Lifting, pushing and pulling big objects up to 23 kg
- A tool allowance to ensure you're equipped with the tools you need to perform your role
