Job Title: Executive Culinary Specialist

Delivering Exceptional Dining Experiences

Our esteemed culinary establishment is seeking an Executive Culinary Specialist with a passion for presentation, dedication to flavor, and commitment to high standards from workspace to table.

You will prepare various dishes, mainly for our Riverside Kitchen, taking pride in your workspace, maintaining hygienic standards and consistency, and contributing your expertise to our menu.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the preparation and production of high-quality dishes across various outlets.
  • Take ownership of your workstation—manage supplies, equipment, and waste to meet mise en place and service requirements.
  • Maintain cleanliness to meet or exceed local cleanliness and HACCP standards.
  • Work efficiently and calmly in a fast-paced environment while paying attention to detail and consistency.
  • Contribute to menu development, daily specials, and new dish ideas.
  • Collaborate with the demi chef, Chef de Partie, and Sous Chef to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1–2 years' experience in a professional kitchen, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven ability to manage a section independently or with minimal supervision.
  • A passion for food, quality, and continuous learning.
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain composure during busy service periods.
  • Flexibility to work night, weekend, and holiday shifts.
  • Good understanding of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen best practices.
  • Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent qualification.
