Job Opportunity:

Responsibilities:

  • Aiding in the training and growth of the kitchen team
  • Providing support to the Head Cook to manage inventory and maintain stock levels
  • Ensuring food quality and safety standards

Requirements:

  • Experience in a kitchen/cooking role within a busy hospitality environment
  • Experience leading and developing a team
  • Certificate in commercial cookery or equivalent experience
  • Good understanding of food safety concerns
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
